Odette Perriel Appointed Senior Vice President of Support Services at RWJBarnabas Health

West Orange, NJ – February 17, 2026 – RWJBarnabas Health, Recent Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive academic health system, has appointed Odette Perriel, MS, as Senior Vice President, Support Services. Ms. Perriel will oversee support services functions across RWJBarnabas Health facilities, including Food & Nutrition, Environmental Services, and Patient Transportation.

Leadership and Responsibilities

Reporting to Bill Arnold, Executive Vice President of RWJBarnabas Health, Ms. Perriel will collaborate with leaders systemwide to standardize service delivery and enhance quality improvement initiatives within these critical functions. Previous Experience

Ms. Perriel brings a proven track record of success to this role. Most recently, she served as Regional Vice President of Support Services for the southern region of RWJBarnabas Health, where she co-led the “one system, one family” initiative to propagate best practices throughout the organization. She initially joined RWJBarnabas Health in 2022 as Vice President of Support Services at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Prior to her tenure with RWJBarnabas Health, Ms. Perriel held leadership positions at other prominent medical centers, including Vice President, Patient Care Support Services for Maine Medical Center, and Director roles at Hackensack University Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Educational Background

Ms. Perriel holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Phoenix and graduated from Johnson & Wales University.
