Mobile Home Fire in Anchorage Leaves One in Critical Condition
Anchorage, Alaska – A fire at the RangeView Mobile Home Park in East Anchorage on Sunday, March 22, 2026, left one person in critical condition with significant burns and prompted a response from the Anchorage Fire Department. The incident occurred around 11 a.m. At 905 Muldoon Road.
Details of the Fire
According to Anchorage Fire Department Captain Cameron Gregg of Station 6, firefighters arrived to find a mobile home with heavy fire emanating from the front windows in the Arctic entry area. “We were quick and made entry and got a search on the building really quick and made sure nobody else was in there,” Captain Gregg stated.
Fire crews quickly brought the fire under control, though the cause remains under investigation. Firefighters will continue to monitor the site as a precaution.

Captain Cameron Gregg has a long history of service in the Alaskan fire service. Prior to his role with the Anchorage Fire Department, he served with the University of Alaska Fire Department for nearly three years, from August 2010 to July 2013. He holds an AAS in Municipal Fire Control and has deep family ties to the Anchorage Fire Department, as his father has been a member for many years.
