Position Details: Logistics Patrol Officer
A full-time Security Officer position is available as a Logistics Patrol Officer in New Berlin, WI. This role focuses on safeguarding clients within the logistics and distribution sector. Responsibilities include monitoring and patrolling assigned locations to deter security incidents and maintain a secure environment. The pay rate for this position is $18.64 per hour, with a schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and effectively, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity during peak hours.
- Assist with crowd management and provide direction during routine operations and emergencies.

Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
