Following Week 4 performances, Londyn Etheridge, wearing number 5 and playing as a Running Back/Wide Receiver for Patrick Taylor High School, was recognized as the first New Orleans Saints and Ochsner Andrews Sports Medicine Institute Player of the Week. She earned the honor after scoring the winning touchdown in a hard-fought 6-0 victory over Walter L. Cohen.
The Saints Girls High School Flag Football program continues to expand, with participation from 60 schools throughout Louisiana and 44 schools in Mississippi for the 2026 season.
