PLN Offers Electricity Discount Promo via Mobile App in 2026
Indonesia’s state-owned electricity company, PLN, will offer an additional power discount to electricity consumers through its PLN Mobile application from February 25 to March 10, 2026. The promotion applies to single-phase electricity customers across all tariff groups.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the discount, customers must meet the following criteria:
- Low voltage consumers with 1 phase power, initially at 450 VA – 5,500 VA.
- Option to increase power up to 7,700 VA.
- Registered as a PLN customer before February 1, 2026.
- Have paid all outstanding electricity bills and other obligations.
Transaction Terms
The discount is applied through a specific transaction process within the PLN Mobile app:
- Minimum purchase of one token or bill payment via the PLN Mobile application is required to receive an e-voucher for the added power discount.
- Usage Limits: A maximum of four e-vouchers can be used per PLN Mobile account. Only one promotion is allowed per Customer ID (IDPEL) during the valid period.
Payment Terms
Specific payment terms apply to power increases:
- Connection Fees (BP) must be paid in full upfront (no installments).
- Subscription Security Deposits (UJL) can be paid in installments up to 12 times for postpaid customers.
Terms of Service
The following conditions apply to the power increase:
- The power increase cannot cause network strengthening requirements, changes in phase, tariff, or type of service.
- Customers cannot reduce their power capacity for at least one year after the power increase is implemented.
- The promo cannot be combined with other BP relief programs.
How to Apply for Additional Electrical Power
Customers can apply for additional electrical power through the PLN Mobile application by following these steps:
- Download and open the PLN Mobile application.
- On the Home menu, select “Power Change and Migrate,” then click “Start.”
- Select the customer ID or meter number for the power change request, or enter the customer ID and click “Search.”
- Set the location and confirm. Customer data will appear automatically.
- Click “Continue” to proceed with the power change request.
- Select the desired service product (prepaid or postpaid) and click “Continue.”
- Select the required token nominal and click “Continue.”
- Complete the customer and applicant data, then click “Check on NIK” and select “Continue.”
- Enter the promo code or voucher code, if available.
- Submit the power change request.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and submit the application.
- Click “Verify” and enter the 12-digit verification code sent to the registered email address, then click “Submit.”
- Select “Continue Payment” to choose a payment method, such as a Virtual Account (VA) or digital wallet.
