Prabowo Asks Students Not to Be Mobilized to Welcome Him During Visits

Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto has asked regional leaders to stop mobilizing students to greet him during work visits. Prabowo instructed Cabinet Secretary (Seskab) Teddy indra Wijaya to send a letter to regents and mayors communicating this directive.

“I’ve asked the Cabinet Secretary to write to all regents and mayors: when I make a work visit, please don’t have school children lined up along the road.Let them attend thier schools,” Prabowo stated at the inauguration of the Kabanaran Bridge in Bantul,DIY,on Wednesday,November 19,2025.
