Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia announced that the Director General of Financial Sector Stability and Development (SPSK), Masyita Crystallin, officially ended her term of office and continued her service as Head of Economic & ESG Strategic Positioning at PT Danantara Investment Management (Persero), effective from 11 February 2026.

“This assignment is part of efforts to strengthen policy and investment synergies in order to accelerate the strategic agenda for deepening the national financial sector,” said Deny Surjantoro, Head of the Communications and Information Services Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Friday (13/2/2026).

With long experience in the fields of macro-finance, financial system stability, and sustainable financial sector policy development, Masyita Crystallin is expected to be able to strengthen integration between economic policy direction, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles, and long-term investment strategies.

During her time as Director General of SPSK, Masyita Crystallin played a role in various financial sector reform agendas, including strengthening the financial system stability framework, deepening the domestic financial market, and harmonizing policies within the framework of the Financial Sector Development and Strengthening Law (UU P2SK).

This transfer of duties also reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring continued leadership and good governance in maintaining stability and encouraging the transformation of Indonesia’s financial sector.

“The entire transition process was carried out in an orderly manner and in accordance with the principles of good governance,” stressed Deni.

Deni added that the Ministry of Finance expressed its appreciation for Masyita Crystallin’s dedication and contribution while carrying out her mandate as Director General of SPSK.

Deni continued, the Ministry of Finance also believes that its new role will further strengthen policy and investment orchestration in supporting the national development agenda.
