Quarles & Brady Welcomes Jill Polk to Chicago Office

CHICAGO – January 20, 2026 – National law firm Quarles & Brady LLP announced today that Jill Polk has joined its Chicago office as of counsel in the Business Law Practice Group.

Polk specializes in providing legal counsel to both public and private companies on a range of financial and governance matters. her expertise encompasses capital raising strategies,stakeholder communication,and best practice implementation throughout all business stages. She focuses on general corporate and securities law, including compliance with federal and state regulations, registered and private equity and debt financing, SEC reporting requirements, and corporate governance.

Furthermore, Polk advises management teams and boards of directors on fiduciary duties, potential insider trading liabilities, and the structuring of executive and equity compensation plans.

Polk holds a B.A. from Eastern Illinois University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
