Radiohead Shatters Attendance Records at London’s O2 Arena During Historic Tour

London, UK – Legendary British band Radiohead has cemented its place in music history, surpassing attendance records previously held by Metallica at London’s O2 Arena. Teh band concluded a remarkable four-night run at the venue on November 25th, drawing crowds exceeding 22,200 each night, with the final performance reaching a peak of 22,355 fans.

This achievement marks a meaningful moment for both Radiohead and The O2, solidifying the arena’s reputation as a premier destination for live music. Christian D’Acuna, Senior Programming Director at The O2, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “These past four record-breaking nights will go down in the venue’s history, with Radiohead breaking the attendance records each night. We knew how special these exclusive shows woudl be and we’re so grateful to the band for bringing them to The O2. It’s been a true honor to host them, and each night they played different set lists spanning their astonishing back catalog. These shows will be remembered for years to come.”

The London performances are part of Radiohead’s highly anticipated tour, their first in seven years. The tour coincides with the 30th anniversary of their critically acclaimed second album,The Bends,and has been captivating audiences with its unpredictable setlists. Fans have been treated to a diverse range of tracks,including rarely performed songs like “Like Spinning Plates” from their Amnesiac album,which made a surprise appearance at the final London show.

the tour began earlier this month in Madrid and will continue with four dates in Copenhagen next month, followed by another four in Berlin. As of now, Radiohead has not announced any plans for further touring in 2026, leaving North American fans hoping for a future extension of the tour.
