About the Artist
Rich Brian first gained recognition in 2016 with his viral single “Dat $tick” on SoundCloud and YouTube. Initially performing under the pseudonym Rich Chigga, he later changed his stage name to Rich Brian. He signed with 88Rising and released his debut album, Amen, in 2018, becoming one of the first Southeast Asian artists to chart on the Billboard 200.
His subsequent album in 2019 spawned hit singles “Yellow” and “Kids,” and he has collaborated with artists such as bbno$ and Rick Ross. He followed his over half a billion streamed single, “edamame,” with sensational collaborations.
