ASUS Zenbook A16 16-inch OLED Now 13,500 Kč Cheaper at Just 1.2 kg

ASUS Zenbook A16 Drops 13,500 Kč in Price as 24GB OLED Configuration Hits 35,490 Kč

The ASUS Zenbook A16 launched in June at 48,990 Kč, and buyers who waited have been rewarded: the beige 24GB configuration now sells for 35,490 Kč at Alza, a cut of 13,500 Kč, Appliště reported.

The price drop lands on a machine built around a trade-off most 16-inch laptops don’t attempt: a large OLED work screen in a body weighing just 1.2 kg. Svět Androida describes the display as a 16-inch OLED panel with 2,880 × 1,800 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, 120 Hz refresh rate and 100% DCI-P3 coverage, housed in an all-metal chassis.

What the 35,490 Kč Buys

The reduced configuration, model UX3607OA-OLED110W, pairs a Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 processor with 24 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD, and ships with Windows 11 Home and a charger included, according to Svět Androida. The 70 Wh battery, combined with the ARM processor, is rated for roughly 11 to 14 hours of use, and the laptop charges over USB-C. Connectivity includes HDMI, a standard USB port and an SD card reader.

Svět Androida notes that in some benchmarks the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme matches Apple’s M4 Max, though the review outlet PCWorld found the laptop’s gaming performance disappointing. Mark Hachman of PCWorld tested a higher-spec 48GB variant with a different processor, so his review does not cover this exact configuration.

Big Screen, Low Weight, ARM Caveats

The Zenbook A16’s positioning is a large working screen in a genuinely portable machine, not a gaming laptop replacement. Svět Androida frames it as suited to documents, multiple open windows and films for buyers who carry a notebook daily. The trade-off is that it runs Windows on ARM, so buyers should verify compatibility with specialized software and games before purchasing. Buyers planning to carry large photo archives or many videos may also find the 512 GB SSD limiting and consider a different variant.
