Russia’s ministry of Defense claimed its air defenses downed 116 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory overnight.
Russian Telegram news channel Astra reported Ukraine struck Russia’s Ryazan Oil Refinery, sharing footage of a fire and smoke plumes. The Associated Press has not independently verified this video.
