US Bombers and japanese Jets Display Strength in Response to Russia-China Activity

Tokyo – A number of nuclear-capable bombers from the United States of America are flying over the Sea of Japan with several fighter jets from Japan. This joint activity is a show of strength following a joint patrol carried out by the militaries of Russia and China this week.

The Japanese Ministry of Defense stated, as reported by Reuters on December 11, 2025, that two B-52 strategic bombers from the US flew together with three F-35 stealth fighter jets and three Japanese F-15 air superiority jets over the Sea of Japan on december 10.

This is the first time the US has publicly confirmed its military presence as China began military exercises in the region last week.
