For its first season in Federal 1, the Malouins of the XV du Corsaire are doing rather well. Installed at 10e place in group 1, they are for the moment out of the danger of the descent, even if Beauvais, the first relegation that they beat before the holidays, have the same number of points after twelve days. Suffice to say that nothing is decided.
In this first part of the season, we hooked up with a lot of teams, declares Jordi Rougé, the Saint-Malo coach. There was a learning period, with some difficulties. I think of this lost match against Limoges, where we led by 14 points at half-time. The players were dejected. We had to get up to speed.
