The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 (256GB) is currently priced at $899, a substantial $200.99 reduction from its original price of $1099.99. Samsung is offering this deal on one of the most popular flip phones available.

A Modern Flip Phone Experience

The Galaxy Z Flip7 isn’t just about retro aesthetics; it’s a fully modern device. Its advanced AI capabilities and unlocked Android functionality provide users with extensive customization options. The phone’s standout feature is its display – folding in half for portability, it opens to reveal an almost 7-inch screen, ideal for media consumption on the head.

Enhanced Camera and Performance

Equipped with a 50MP camera, the Z Flip7 captures detailed and vibrant photos. This high-resolution camera is paired with a powerful processor, ensuring smooth performance even during intensive image processing. PCMag awarded the Flip 7 a 4.5-star review, highlighting its larger cover screen, wider foldable screen with a reduced crease, great performance, and solid cameras.

Battery Life and Design Improvements

The Z Flip7 boasts an extended battery life, designed to last throughout the day. The design has been refined, resulting in a slightly wider and thinner profile compared to its predecessor, the Z Flip 6. The dimensions of the Z Flip 7 are 6.56 x 2.96 x 0.26 inches (open) and 3.37 x 2.96 x 0.54 inches (closed), weighing 6.63 ounces. The inner screen’s aspect ratio has similarly been adjusted from 22:9 to 21:9, improving usability when typing.

Key Improvements in the Galaxy Z Flip7

• Larger cover screen
• More convenient 21:9 ratio screen
• Improved camera performance
• Swift, flagship performance with strong battery life

Potential Drawbacks

• Cover screen software could be better
• Samsung software includes duplicate/redundant apps
