Congressman Carbajal to Host Passport Fair in Santa Barbara
Congressman Salud Carbajal is hosting a Passport Fair to assist Central Coast families with applying for modern or renewing existing U.S. Passports. The event will take place on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 9 a.m. To 3 p.m. At the Faulkner Memorial Art Gallery, located at 40 E Anapamu St., Santa Barbara, CA 93101.
Reservations are strongly encouraged as walk-in availability will be limited. Interested applicants can reserve a spot and indicate the number of family members applying.
Required Documents
Applicants should arrive prepared with the following:
- A completed passport application for each applicant. Forms can be downloaded and printed from the U.S. Department of State website.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship.
- Photo identification and a clear, single-sided copy of the front and back of the ID.
- Passport photos.
Special Requirements for Minors
All passport applicants, including minors, must appear in person. For applicants under the age of 16, both parents’ consent is required, or evidence of sole legal custody. If a parent cannot be present, they must complete Form 1053 (Consent Form).
