School Closures announced Across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware Due to Winter Storm
A critically important winter storm is prompting widespread school closures across Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware on Monday, January 26th. Teh decision impacts numerous school districts as heavy snow and ice continue to blanket the region.
the School District of Philadelphia,along with all parochial elementary schools within the city,will be closed. philadelphia archdiocesan high schools will transition to virtual learning for the day.
Central Bucks School District, the third-largest in Pennsylvania, has announced the closure of all schools and buildings. Upper Dublin School District will also be closed, with non-essential staff directed to stay home. The district’s Board of School Directors meeting will proceed virtually as scheduled.
Norristown Area School District is also implementing a full closure of all buildings on Monday.
