The SE-Unsa 71 team has scheduled a professional development day focused on occupational health and workplace wellness for academy personnel in Dijon. The event will take place on Monday, November 16, 2026, at the Maison des Syndicats located at 2 rue du Parc in Chalon-sur-Saône.
Event Schedule and Health Partner Presentations
The morning session features presentations detailing the roles of various workplace health partners. Attendees will hear from prevention doctors, social assistants, human resources advisors, and prevention teams. Organizers from SE-Unsa 71 will also brief participants on health and safety registries and their operational duties within F3S committees, which replaced the former CHSCT bodies. A nurse trained in sophrology will also lead a segment introducing self-massage techniques.
Following the morning briefings, lunch is scheduled at Lycée Mathias. The meal is provided free of charge for union members, while non-members must pay a 5-euro fee to participate.
Afternoon Coaching Session on Occupational Stress
The afternoon program centers on a workshop led by a life coach. The session addresses the central question of “Comment mieux vivre son métier?” or how to better experience one’s profession.
Registration Deadlines and Administrative Requirements
Participants wishing to attend the day-long seminar must complete an online registration form provided by the union. Beyond registering with the organizers, participants must formally notify their service head, establishment director, or primary education inspector (IEN) prior to October 16.
