Role Overview
The Senior Business Partner position is a full-time hybrid role based in Montreal, Canada, requiring both on-site and remote operate. This individual will provide high-level administrative support to Community Support Managers, ensuring smooth operations and strategic alignment. Daily Responsibilities
A typical day for the Senior Business Partner will encompass a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including:
- Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Taking detailed notes during meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Creating reports for quarterly business reviews and assisting with onboarding plans for fresh team members.
- Planning and executing team events, recognition programs, and off-site activities.
- Developing content, such as emails and presentations.
- Managing purchase orders and collaborating with finance to track and analyze budgets.
- Supporting project-related tasks and initiatives.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments, including communications, talent, finance, legal, and recruiting.
- Ensuring the security of sensitive information in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
- Representing the organization to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentoring other team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Required Expertise

- More than 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.

Compensation and Location
The annual pay range for this position in Canada is $91,000 – $107,000 CAD, subject to change based on factors such as experience, skills, and market demands. The role is eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The position is based at Airbnb’s Montreal office located at 5530, rue Saint-Patrick, Montréal (Québec) H4E 1A8, Canada.
