Splendor Labs SA pushed live its updated iOS and Android applications on November 8, 2026, opening the door for mobile users to interface directly with the Splendor Quantum Chain. This deployment arrives just six weeks after the company’s September 25, 2026, launch of the Layer-1 blockchain—a network engineered to withstand the cryptographic vulnerabilities posed by future quantum computing.

A Mobile Gateway to Quantum-Resistant Assets

The updated Splendor Wallet shifts the platform from theoretical architecture to functional tool. Users can now establish quantum-resistant accounts and manage digital assets directly from their handsets. By supporting self-custody, the application allows for direct interaction with both the network’s mainnet and testnet environments, advancing the firm’s operational plans.

Hardened Cryptography Under the Hood

At the core of the Splendor Quantum Chain lies a suite of NIST-standardized cryptographic protocols. The network employs ML-DSA-65 for digital signatures and utilizes ML-KEM-768 for key establishment. These specific algorithms are designed to thwart decryption methods that could, in theory, be used by advanced quantum computers.

Resilience Through Network Coding

To maintain data integrity across varying connection qualities, the chain integrates random linear network coding (RLNC). This system fragments data and transmits it alongside coded pieces, allowing nodes to reconstruct the original information even when packets are lost in transit. This is supported by SHA3-256 for ledger integrity and a dual-signature verification process aimed at tightening transaction security.

Expanding the Financial Ecosystem

Beyond the mobile wallet, Splendor Labs is architecting a broader toolkit for AI-driven commerce and financial institutions. This includes the Splendor Vault, a hardware security card, and the QSol language—a Solidity-style framework that enables custom logic on the chain. While the network is currently live, the company has not set a firm date for the full migration phase, opting to roll out components sequentially.

Splendor Labs Sets Hard Cap for SPLD Token

The native token, SPLD, operates under a hard protocol-level cap of 26 billion tokens. All units were minted in the genesis block and are reserved for validator bonding and transaction fees. While the current wallet covers account creation and basic asset interaction, Splendor Labs indicates that decentralized applications and the tokenization of real-world assets remain on the long-term development horizon.
