Starlink Geographic Reach and Features
The joint deployment of Starlink and T-Mobile is currently operational in the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and the southern region of Alaska. The service guarantees communication when traditional mobile networks are unavailable. Initially, the system supports text messaging and real-time location sharing.
Connecting to Satellite Internet
The connection process is direct. For T-Mobile subscribers, the service is included in select plans. Users of other carriers can enable a compatible eSIM to access the satellite link. When a compatible device detects a lack of terrestrial signal, it automatically connects to T-Satellite. Users will witness “T-Mobile SpaceX” or “T-Sat+Starlink” in their status bar, confirming the satellite connection.
