22 State-Owned enterprise Party Committees Transferred to Ministry of Finance
This is a concrete step in implementing the Central Committee’s policies to reform and streamline the organizational structure for efficient operation.
At a conference, Chu Dinh Dong, Deputy Head of the Party Organization Department of the Government Party Committee, announced Decision No. 73, dated December 15, 2025, which transfers 22 Party committees of economic groups, corporations, and state-owned commercial banks to the Party Committee of the Ministry of Finance.
Deputy Secretary of the Government Party Committee Nguyen Duc Phong highlighted that during the 18 years of development of the Central Business Bloc, strengthening the Party in state-owned companies, general companies, and commercial banks has been systematic and compliant with regulations. Though, he emphasized the importance of this transfer in ensuring the direct, extensive, and regular leadership of the Party Committee of the ministry of Finance over the 22 transferred Party committees.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Phong, this transfer aligns with the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat regarding the rationalization of the political system’s organizational structure. It also implements Conclusion No. 208 of the Political Bureau and the Secretariat, dated November 11, 2025.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Government Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duc Phong commended the Party Committee of the Ministry of finance and the Party committees of enterprises and state-owned enterprises for their proactive, serious, and responsible preparation and coordination during the handover process, ensuring adherence to principles and regulations.
