This team manages creators and companies that have reached a certain level of business significance, providing tailored support to drive product adoption and optimization. Strategic Partner Managers play a key role in this process, managing a portfolio of YouTube creators identified as strategic to Google’s business objectives, particularly within the youth demographic.
These managers are responsible for crafting individualized growth plans for creators, delivering insights and strategies to maximize their success on YouTube. Success is measured against partner performance metrics and core program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Focus on Social Impact and Innovation
Google’s Social Impact partnerships team is dedicated to delivering technology-driven solutions that benefit society. This team collaborates with cross-functional product teams to develop partnerships across areas like user safety, digital literacy, climate response, health, education, philanthropy, and civic engagement. The goal is to address real-world challenges by bringing together expertise from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
The US base salary range for a Strategic Partner Development Manager position is $85,500 to $123,000, in addition to bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
