Suntex Enterprises to Acquire Deep South Electrical and GoldenEra Development

AUSTIN, Texas – March 5, 2026 – Suntex Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: SNTX) announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Deep South Electrical Contractors and GoldenEra Development, two operating subsidiaries of Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. (OTC: GTVH). The acquisition aims to expand Suntex’s operational footprint in infrastructure, construction services and development .

Expanding Infrastructure and Construction Capabilities

Deep South Electrical Contractors specializes in commercial and industrial electrical contracting, supporting large-scale infrastructure and technology-driven facilities. GoldenEra Development focuses on construction management and development services for commercial and industrial projects. Both companies are currently operational and engaged in ongoing projects .

Strategic Acquisition for Suntex

Golden Triangle Ventures’ Recent Acquisition of Deep South Electrical

Golden Triangle Ventures acquired Deep South Electrical Contractors in a $4 million transaction in October 2025. This acquisition added over 600,000 square feet of active projects and strengthened Golden Triangle Ventures’ construction division. Deep South Electrical Contractors serves national brands including Starbucks, Planet Fitness, and Ulta Beauty .
