Teenager Arrested Following A67 Pursuit for Suspected DUI

A 15-year-old male was taken into custody Saturday night by officers with the Dommelstroom Zuid police department following a vehicle pursuit on the A67 highway. Authorities observed the vehicle being driven erratically, exhibiting significant swerving.

Upon initiating a traffic stop with signaling, the driver failed to comply, prompting a brief chase. The vehicle was ultimately brought to a halt on the emergency shoulder of the A67. Preliminary inquiry indicated the driver was operating the vehicle under the influence of drugs.
