Loan Eligibility and Application Process
Eligible applicants include trusted, exceptional, and unionized personnel, as well as pensioners and IPSSET pensioners. Interested individuals can consult the 2026 loan tabulation and download the application form from the official IPSSET website: www.tamaulipas.gob.mx/ipsset/. Completed applications, along with all required documentation, must be submitted at the designated IPSSET windows.
To ensure efficient service, applicants are required to schedule an appointment through the IPSSET website. This allows individuals to select a convenient date and time for their application submission. Applications can be processed at the central offices in Ciudad Victoria, specifically at the windows located on the ground floor of the Bicentenario Tower, as well as at the IPSSET modules in Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Matamoros, and Tampico.
