Thailand Bombs Cambodian Casino

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia — The Royal Thai air Force bombed a casino in Cambodia using a JAS-39 Gripen fighter jet made in Sweden on Wednesday (December 10) morning.

Bangkok suspects the casino building was used to store heavy weapons and Cambodian kamikaze drones intended for attacks against thailand.

Thailand’s Second Territory Army stated that Thai Gripen jets launched an airstrike with high explosives on the Lim Heng casino in O’Smach, opposite Chong Chom in Surin province, according to The Star.

The operation was described as a swift strike carried out amidst escalating clashes along the Thai-Cambodian border.
