A 57-year-old farmer was found dead in a grain silo on his farm in La Ferrière-de-Flée, delegated commune of Segré-en-Anjou-Bleu (Maine-et-Loire), Thursday February 5 in the evening. The mayor of the town and the president of the Chamber of Agriculture react to the Courrier de l’Ouest.

Au surlendemain de la mort d’un agriculteur de 57 ans, l’émotion est palpable à La Ferrière-de-Flée. Dans cette petite commune déléguée de 361 âmes, rattachée à Segré-en-Anjou-Bleu, au nord d’Angers (Maine-et-Loire), le corps sans vie de l’homme a été retrouvé dans un silo à grains par son frère dans la soirée de jeudi 5 février. Déclenchés vers 21 heures, les secours n’ont rien pu faire pour le sauver. Une enquête judiciaire a été confiée à la compagnie de gendarmerie de Segré pour déterminer les circonstances du décès.
