The Late Late Show Country Music Special returns to RTÉ One and the RTÉ Player this Friday night at 9.35 pm, bringing a star-studded lineup of Irish and international acts hosted by Patrick Kielty.
Ashley Campbell and Nathan Carter Join the Program
American singer-songwriter Ashley Campbell, direct from Nashville and daughter of the late Glen Campbell, will appear on the program to discuss her love for Ireland, touring with her father, and memories of Shane MacGowan visiting backstage. She is set to perform a rendition of Gentle On My Mind

Nathan Carter will perform his new single, Walk on Faith,
from his album Doing Alright,
while also sharing plans for his upcoming first-ever performance at Carnegie Hall in New York this Halloween. Patrick Kielty will be joined by Cliona Hagan and other Irish country stars to celebrate the life and legacy of Dolly Parton, sharing stories about her career and connection to Ireland alongside performances of her beloved songs.

Jesse Sludds, winner of The Late Late Show Opening Act competition in April who went on to open for Shania Twain at Thomond Park in Limerick in front of 25,000 people, returns to the studio to announce the release of his new single Dear Home
.

Una Healy, who helped launch the search and served on the judging panel, will chat with the host and perform a country crossover hit alongside Clodagh Lawlor and Claudia Buckley. The broadcast will also feature appearances from Jimmy Buckley, Sandy Kelly, David James, Trudi Lalor, and Ciarán Rosney, alongside the live revelation of the newest inductee to The Late Late Show Country Music Hall of Fame.
