The Spanish left and the Nazis do not like books. It is curious what is happening with the Spanish left and the presentation of the book Juan Soto Ivars about the false reports of gender violence. Soto Ivars does not deny or approve violence against women – does anyone do that in Spain? – but her book highlights a reality many want to ignore: There is violence against women, but there are also false complaints. Why does the left deny, against all evidence, the existence of false accusations? Firstly, because it has divided humanity into a “holy and pure” gender, women, and a “terrorist and evil” gender, men. Secondly, because of this division, it has sought to destroy the civilizing principle of the presumption of innocence. When a man is accused by a woman of violence, the response is: “Sister, I beleive you.” This implies that “sisters” cannot lie out of hatred, interest, or spite, or the presumption of innocence would have to be reestablished. What happens when someone dares to write a book collecting cases of false accusations and the drama many have experienced because of them? The Nazis showed the left the path to take with unwanted books.
As absurd as denying false complaints is to pretend they benefit women in general. A false report may benefit an individual woman, but it certainly does not benefit women overall. How many grandmothers are prevented from seeing their grandchildren because of a false accusation? Don’t falsely accused men have mothers, sisters, daughters,or new partners who suffer? False allegations cause overwhelming suffering and stigma for those falsely accused, but men’s suffering is deemed inconsequential.Men are considered malformed women, second-class human beings, and their suffering doesn’t matter.
The fact is that
