the scheme aims to empower 51 incubators across India and handhold approximately 2000 tech startups over five years. These incubators are strategically located within Institutes of Higher Learning and premier R&D organizations nationwide, offering startups crucial expertise, industry connections, and ecosystem partnerships.

* centres of Excellence in Intellectual Property Rights (CoE-IP): TIDE 2.0 establishes CoE-IP to encourage and support Startups/SMEs/academia/inventors in the electronics and IT domain, providing IP-related services, awareness, and training.
* Synergy wiht Other Initiatives: The scheme complements other government programs like GENESIS,SAMRIDH,and Startup India.
