[Kim Jeong-su Reporter] Paju City, Gyeonggi-do, announced today, December 1, 2025, that it has implemented preliminary traffic measures to reduce congestion around ‘Starfield Village Unjeong,’ which opens on December 5th near Unjeong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line.
The city has established a temporary parking lot with 864 spaces for medical use in Unjeongtown to prevent parking from spilling onto major roads. They will also deploy personnel to guide traffic during peak hours.
Furthermore, Paju City is coordinating with Starfield Village Unjeong to encourage visitors to use public transportation. They are also analyzing real-time traffic data to make adjustments to traffic flow as needed.The city asks for citizen cooperation during the opening period to minimize inconvenience.
