The 43rd edition of the Transcavallo ski mountaineering race concluded with the assignment of the 2026 Italian youth ski mountaineering titles. The competition, held on challenging and technical terrain, saw Cloe Sofia Vesco claim the gold medal in the U16 female category.
Vesco Secures U16 Title
Cloe Sofia Vesco, representing Ski Club Tre Rifugi CAI, won the Italian title in the U16 female category with a time of 1:23:39.11.1 She finished ahead of Giulia Tomasoni (SC 13 Clusone) by 8 minutes and 37 seconds, and Arianna Corvi (Pol. Albosaggia) by 13 minutes and 21 seconds.4
