Trump Approves Russia-Ukraine Peace Plan, Zelensky responds

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was ready too work with the United States of America (US) in discussing a peace plan to end the war in his country. Zelensky hopes to have a direct discussion with President Donald Trump in the near future, discussing the peace plan.

the 28-point peace plan has not yet been released to the public. But White House Secretary Karoline Leavitt said at a news conference that Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff have been quietly drawing up that peace plan for the past month.

Leavitt also revealed that Trump supports the Russia-Ukraine peace plan.

“ItS a good plan for Russia and Ukraine, and we believe it will be acceptable to both sides,” he said, adding that the US provides equal involvement between Moscow and Kyiv in the peace plan.
