Trump Media Resubmits Applications for Bitcoin,Ethereum, and Cronos ETFs

February 14,2026 05:23:09

Trump Media Technology Group has refiled applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch exchange-traded funds (ETFs) focused on Bitcoin and ethereum. The company is also seeking to introduce an ETF tracking Cronos, the native token of the Crypto.com blockchain. This move follows previous delays in the SEC’s review of Trump Media’s initial ETF proposals last August.

Both the Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, as well as the Cronos ETF, are designed to offer investors network staking yields. Yorkville America Equities will serve as the advisor for these funds. Trump Media has announced that, if approved, each ETF will carry a management fee of 0.95%. Subscriptions to the ETFs will be facilitated through Foris Capital US LLC, crypto.com’s brokerage firm.

The resubmission of these applications signals Trump Media’s continued interest in expanding its presence within the cryptocurrency market. The SEC will now review the updated filings, and a decision on approval remains pending. Investors and industry analysts will be closely watching for further developments.
