Tulane Green Wave 2026 Football Schedule: Rematch with Duke Headlines Fall Slate

NEW ORLEANS — Tulane University’s football program, the defending American Athletic Conference champion, has released its 2026 fall schedule. The Green Wave will open the season with a highly anticipated rematch against the Duke Blue Devils, the current ACC champions.

Key Schedule Highlights

• September 5: at Duke – A rematch of the 2025 contest won by Tulane 34-27.
• September 12: vs. South Alabama – A repeat matchup following Tulane’s narrow 33-31 victory in Mobile last season.
• September 19: at Kansas State – A road game against a Big 12 opponent, marking a return to Manhattan nearly four years after a 17-10 win in 2022.
• September 26: vs. Southern Miss (Hall of Fame Game) – The program’s Hall of Fame game, renewing the “Battle for the Bell” rivalry after a 21-3 Tulane win in 2023.
• October 10: at Army – A conference matchup following a hard-fought 24-17 Tulane victory in 2025.
• October 16: vs. Memphis – A Friday night conference game, building on Tulane’s 38-32 win in Memphis last year.
• October 24: vs. UTSA – A conference contest after UTSA’s 48-26 victory in San Antonio in the previous season.
