UGM Claims compliance with Procedures in Jokowi Diploma Dispute Hearing
Yogyakarta, CNN Indonesia — Gadjah Mada University (UGM) claims to have acted in accordance with procedures or referring to statutory regulations in administering public data.
This UGM statement concerns the implementation of a public information dispute hearing regarding the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia joko Widodo (Jokowi) which was held at the Central information Commission (KIP), Jakarta, monday (November 17).
Secretary of UGM University, Andi Sandi Antonius, said that his campus appreciates the attention and input of many parties regarding the implementation of the public information dispute hearing regarding Jokowi’s academic documents at KIP RI the other day.
He emphasized that his campus, through the information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), was committed to implementing the mandate of Law No. 14 of 2008.
“Regarding the substance of the public information dispute trial,UGM informed us that the entire process carried out was based on statutory regulations including provisions regarding the protection of personal data,” said Andi Sandi in an official UGM statement,Thursday (November 20).
Andi Sandi said that in providing information services, PPID UGM adapts service management to the provisions of Information.
