Tambov regional governor Yevgeny Pervyshov reported that seven shift workers were killed and 25 others were wounded in the incident.

Simultaneously, a facility in Elektrostal, roughly 50 kilometers east of Moscow, was targeted. Andrei Vorobyov, the governor of the Moscow region, confirmed that 24 people were wounded in the attack. Additionally, an oil depot in the nearby city of Noginsk caught fire following a strike, prompting the evacuation of a local maternity hospital and a residential building as a precautionary measure. In the city of Vladimir, a drone strike sparked a fire at a residential building, though local governor Alexander Avdeyev reported no casualties.

The Russian Ministry of Defence reported a massive defensive effort to counter the incursions, stating that air defense systems intercepted 379 Ukrainian drones overnight. These interceptions occurred across 19 Russian regions, as well as over the illegally annexed Crimea and the waters of the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea. By targeting facilities linked to drone manufacturing and oil logistics, Kyiv aims to degrade the industrial capacity that sustains Russian offensive operations.
