The tanker was critically damaged in the impact and can no longer be used for its intended purpose, the source revealed.
“The aggressor country used this tanker to circumvent sanctions and earn money that was directed to the war against Ukraine. Therefore, from the point of view of international law and the laws and customs of war, it is an absolutely legitimate goal. The enemy must understand that Ukraine will not stop and attack him anywhere in the world, wherever he is,” explained the source.
