Friedly brings extensive experiance in nursing leadership to the role. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Upper Iowa University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo. She is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Academy at UnityPoint Health and actively participates in the Cedar Valley community through service on various nonprofit boards and committees.
