LG Display and Universal Display Corporation Extend Two-Decade OLED Partnership

Ewing, N.J. – February 26, 2026 – Universal Display Corporation (UDC) (Nasdaq: OLED) and LG Display Co. Ltd. Have extended their long-term agreements for the supply of OLED materials and licensing of OLED technologies, building on a collaboration spanning more than 20 years. The renewed agreements aim to accelerate innovation in OLED technology and expand its applications globally.

Continued Material Supply and Technology Licensing

Under the terms of the extended agreements, Universal Display will continue to provide its UniversalPHOLED® materials and OLED technologies to LG Display. This supply will be facilitated through UDC’s wholly owned subsidiary, UDC Ireland Limited, supporting LG Display’s development of advanced OLED products.
