For protein, Dr. lin shiyu recommends prioritizing low-fat, high-quality sources such as lean meat, fish, and chicken over high-fat red meat. Fish rich in Omega-3 fatty acids offer anti-inflammatory benefits. Also, consume high-calcium foods like milk, tofu, and dried fish in moderation to support the health of uterine cells.Whole grain foods, including brown rice, oats, and whole wheat bread, provide rich dietary fiber and stabilize blood sugar, preventing insulin fluctuations that can disrupt hormonal balance.

Regarding vitamin D, Dr. Lin Shiyu specifically advises obtaining it through moderate sun exposure and dietary sources like salmon, mackerel, saury, black fungus, dried mushrooms, and yogurt.Vitamin D deficiency links to an increased risk of uterine fibroids, so adequate supplementation can inhibit fibroid growth and promote shrinkage.

Doctors Recommend Limiting Certain Foods
