Vertiv to Add Hundreds of Jobs in Derry and Donegal Amidst AI-Driven Demand

Vertiv, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, is set to create several hundred new jobs across its manufacturing facilities in Derry and County Donegal over the next six months. This expansion is fueled by increasing demand for electrical switchgear, driven in part by the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI).

Expansion Details and Location

The new roles will be distributed across Vertiv’s facilities in Campsie, Derry, and Burnfoot and Letterkenny, Donegal. The company currently employs over 2,000 people across Ireland and this expansion will significantly bolster its workforce. Job Roles and Opportunities

The majority of the new positions will focus on key manufacturing roles, including electricians, panel wirers, mechanical fitters, and general operators.
