Maryland Companies Recognized for Women’s Leadership in 2026

Executive Alliance has named 64 Maryland companies and nonprofit organizations to its 2026 Honor Roll for Women’s Representation, recognizing their commitment to gender equity in leadership positions. The award celebrates organizations that demonstrate support for the recruitment, development, and advancement of women in the workplace and on corporate boards.

Honor Roll Criteria

To be included on the Honor Roll, organizations must have at least 30 percent of their executive leadership and 30 percent of their board of director seats held by women. Maryland Carey Law, for example, exceeds these benchmarks, with 70 percent of its top leadership positions and 44 percent of its Board of Visitors comprised of women.
