Wrxflow Appoints Ryan O’Reilly Chief Commercial Officer to Drive International Expansion
WrxFlo has appointed Ryan O’Reilly as its chief commercial officer to lead the manufacturing and logistics software firm’s sales strategy and customer acquisition. The company operates from the Nexus Innovation Centre at the University of Limerick and specializes in artificial intelligence-powered software platforms.
The executive appointment follows a €3m funding round secured earlier this year. That capital is earmarked to accelerate the firm’s growth in Britain and the USA while funding ongoing development of its software-as-a-service platform. O’Reilly takes charge of commercial operations as the company accelerates its expansion.
Commercial Strategy and Global Experience
O’Reilly brings a quarter-of-a-century worth of experience to the University of Limerick-based firm, having worked across North America, Europe, and Australia. His career includes work for multinational technology corporations such as Dell, Apple, and EMC, followed by an eight-year tenure running his own consultancy.
WrxFlo co-founder and chief executive Tim Crowe cited O’Reilly’s track record in building commercial performance across different markets as a key factor in the appointment. Crowe noted that O’Reilly’s background gives him experience from several different sides of the commercial world.

O’Reilly pointed to the firm’s ambition and existing momentum as the primary drivers behind his decision to join the company. He emphasized that technical capability alone does not guarantee market success without a structured approach to sales organization and value demonstration.
One of the things I have learned is that a strong product is only part of the equation,
O’Reilly said. You also need to be very clear about how you take it to market, how you build the right sales organisation around it and, most importantly, how you demonstrate its value to customers.
Academic Background and Executive Credentials
O’Reilly studied marketing management and international trade at the old Limerick Institute of Technology. In addition to his commercial leadership experience, he holds a qualification in personnel and management coaching from University College Cork and is an accredited executive coach.
