W&T Offshore Reschedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Earnings Release

HOUSTON, March 4, 2026 – W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE: WTI) announced today that it is rescheduling the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2025 earnings, along with the subsequent conference call. The release, originally planned for Thursday, March 5, 2026, will now occur on Monday, March 16, 2026, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Revised Schedule

The company will host a conference call to discuss the results on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (10:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
