YR Fitness Plans New Equipment Debut at FIBO 2027

Strength equipment manufacturer YR Fitness announced it will debut new strength machines at the upcoming FIBO 2027 trade show in Cologne, Germany, as reported by finanznachrichten.de. The exhibition runs from April 8 to April 11 at the Exhibition Centre Cologne, where the company booked Booth 9E67 for visitors to examine the hardware.

The machinery has already cleared essential internal testing phases. Founded in 1997, the company builds its strength lines around biomechanics, focusing specifically on how the human body moves and trains under load, according to press releases distributed via PR Newswire.

Manufacturer Handles Design and Production in-House

The manufacturer handles design, research, development, testing, and production entirely in-house. Company literature emphasizes that original design encompasses movement paths, joint resistance profiles, ergonomics, and target muscle engagement rather than surface aesthetics alone.

Engineered features include specially designed cams built to maintain resistance profiles across broader ranges of motion, alongside independent converging and diverging movement paths that mimic natural skeletal mechanics. The company holds more than 200 product patents, accumulated over nearly three decades of manufacturing commercial gym apparatus.

Development Through Athlete Testing

Founder George Yang acts as the company’s chief designer and tests prototypes directly through personal training routines. The development cycle relies on repeated iterations of building, testing, adjusting, and retraining until prototypes meet internal standards for movement and ergonomics.

We don’t start by asking how others build the machine, George said, as reported by PR Newswire. We start by asking how the body should move.

Company Plans Global Exhibition Schedule

Following the Cologne exhibition, the company plans to present its products at several other industry gatherings worldwide. These include the HFA Show in the United States, the China Sport Show, and the Dubai Muscle Show in the United Arab Emirates.

Gym owners, equipment distributors, personal trainers, and athletes can speak directly with the product development team at Booth 9E67 during the four-day event in Germany to review the new commercial lines.
