Ukraine Claims Draft Security Agreement Ready, Obstacles Remain Regarding donbass
Kyiv, Ukraine – January 25, 2024 – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that a draft security agreement between Ukraine, the US, and Russia is fully prepared and awaiting a signal from partners regarding a date and location for signing.
