NEXUS Announces Name Change to ONE Corp., Strengthening Integrated Platform Strategy

NEXUS, a South Korean technology company, has proposed changing its corporate name to ‘ONE Corp.’ following a regulatory filing submitted to the Korea Exchange. The company plans to present the name change proposal at an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on November 16, aiming to align its corporate identity with the “ONE” brand used across its services, including ONEstore, ONEplay, and the blockchain network ONEchain.

The rebranding follows NEXUS’s acquisition of ONEstore in June, which expanded its focus to developing a full-stack AI and blockchain gaming platform. The company has integrated services such as AI game development, global distribution, and blockchain-based payments under the ONE ecosystem. ONEstore, for example, now features an AI game tab and an embedded wallet called ONEpocket, operating in 122 countries.

“By unifying our brand under ‘ONE,’ we aim to strengthen the connection between our business and services,” said Jang Hyun-guk, representative of NEXUS.
