Aston Martin Celebrates 60 Years of Volante with Limited-Edition models
Aston Martin released special edition models on September 10, 2025, to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the “Volante” convertible. These limited-edition vehicles honor a legacy of open-top grand touring.

The Volante lineage began in 1965 with the “Short Chassis Volante,” built on the final DB5 chassis and incorporating design elements from the DB6.As then, every generation – including the DB6 Volante, DB7 Vantage Volante, and DB9 Volante – has upheld this tradition, establishing the Volante as a hallmark of Aston Martin’s convertible GT cars.
The current DB12 Volante measures 4725mm in length, 1980mm in width (2135mm including mirrors), and 1295mm in height. It features a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo engine producing 680 horsepower and utilizes a rear-wheel drive (FR) configuration.
